Received the wrong room initially, a twin room with a sewage smell that made it unbearable. The hotel’s location is right by a busy freeway, leading to constant noise from traffic and nearby agencies selling tickets at all hours. The rooms lack air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Sol Del Sur. The room was comfortable and clean, providing hot water with good pressure.

the room I stayed in had a disgusting sewage smell, it was honestly unbearable. breakfast was a total joke, just eggs and bread. I expected at least a free upgrade for putting up with that horrid experience, but alas, here I am, just another regular guest. I almost thought I’d write a good review, but no, just couldn’t.

The staff was super friendly, especially George, who helped us arrange fun activities, like exploring the Nazca lines. The hot water in the showers was a nice touch!

My children wanted more family-friendly amenities.

The breakfast was simple but fresh, featuring delicious fruit juice that kicked off my day right, and I loved the cozy atmosphere in my room after a long day of exploring. There’s a nice lounge area for relaxing and a small outdoor space to unwind with friends. The only downside was the breakfast options could be more filling, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

However, the noise from the roundabout outside can be quite distracting at times, making it hard to relax fully.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick break in Nazca with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff helped me arrange my early morning transportation seamlessly, which was great. Bring earplugs to deal with the city noise during the night.
